EV and hybrid batteries are engineered to last the life of your vehicle, typically 8+ years. They're cooled and managed constantly by your vehicle's systems. While EVs don't need oil changes, they do need brake fluid, cabin air filter, and battery monitoring. Hybrids need all standard maintenance plus careful battery care.

Castle Chevrolet McHenry's Service Department is trained on both traditional and electric powertrains. We service Chevrolet's full EV lineup-Bolt, Blazer EV, Equinox EV, and Silverado EV-and ensure optimal battery health.
