Leases include normal wear and tear-things like minor paint chips, small dings, worn wiper blades, and light interior wear from everyday driving. You won't be charged for those.

**You typically will pay for:** deep scratches, significant dents, cracked windshields, missing trim pieces, torn seats or headliner, and stains that won't clean. Basically, damage beyond what a well-maintained car would show after normal use.

**At lease end:** the dealer inspects the vehicle and documents any excess wear. If charges apply, they're added to your final bill.

**Smart move:** take good care of the interior and exterior, fix small issues promptly, and photograph the car's condition at signing so you have a record. Some drivers also purchase wear-and-tear protection at lease signing for peace of mind.

Castle Chevrolet McHenry's finance team can explain what's covered and discuss protection options when you review lease terms. Call **(779) 600-2956** to get the full details.
